2021 – Opening Updates – LET’S DO THIS!

By | Uncategorised | No Comments

Hello,

We are sure most of you have been avidly watching or paying attention to todays announcements from the government, so here follows our update.

Provided we as a nation meet the 4 tests required –

The Park will open on 12th April

This will be for touring caravans and motorhomes only. We are not allowed to open our bathrooms on this date so you must have your own facilities in your van.

We will be opening The Engine Shed for outside service only from this date – with the Covid secure guidelines in place.

We will open to all guests on 17th May

This will include pods, tents and anyone who requires shared facilities. The bathrooms will open on this date.

The Engine Shed will resume inside service alongside outdoor service – again with Covid secure restrictions in place.

Fingers crossed for 21st June and a return to the park/families/friends/life we know and love!!!

The above dates are provisional, we will know (as will you) 1 week prior as to whether it is definite.

Please feel free to email us regarding any bookings made for the dates we now cannot open – we will transfer all bookings to your new dates.

If you already have a booking on hold we can rebook this for you at any point.

We will extend any bookings on hold/credits to include 2022 dates.

HOPEFULLY SEE YOU ALL VERY SOON!!!!

Covid Tier Restrictions – 18th Oct

By | Uncategorised | No Comments

Hi All,

We are getting lots of enquiries about the latest Tier system and how that affects us/you.

Eden (where we are situated) is currently in the Medium Tier (Tier 1) so we are still very much open and operating ‘as before’ with all the Covid H&S protocols in place, the rule of 6 (indoors and outdoors) is still in place as is the closing of the Engine Shed at 10pm (but we did that anyway! ;-)). The bathrooms and playground are still open.

If you are in a High risk area (Tier 2) it is our understanding you can still travel to us but you must only socialise with your own household, the ‘Tier 2 rules’ come with you.

If you are in a Very High risk area (Tier 3) it is advised you do not travel out of your area or into others for anything other than work. Therefore you should not be travelling to us – we are more than happy to rebook your trip or refund you, whichever is best.

Obviously the tiers and restrictions can change at anytime, we will do our best to update you but we recommend checking the Government website prior to travelling to ensure you are doing as required at the time.

Many Thanks

The Team at Pennine View Park

WE ARE REMAINING CLOSED FOR MAY

By | Uncategorised | No Comments

After the most recent developments regarding COVID-19 and the further three weeks lockdown we can’t see a way in which we will be able to open in May so we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any May check-ins and the park will be remaining closed until 31st May at the earliest. Read More
